Sedu Hairstyle Reviews

I love my sedu hairstyle!
Review: Christin
This is the best investment I have ever made! I LOVE my Sedu. I got so tired of paying $60 per visit to the salon and not even getting my moneys worth! So I did some research and concluded that the Sedu was probably my best bet. Though it's a little pricy, it's definitely WELL worth it. It's paid for itself after about 2 uses.
Step I: I Wash my hair with Pantene Pro-V 2 in 1 Smooth and Silky shampoo and I comb it through well with a brush. Then, I separate it into four parts and dry each part with a towel. I make sure to oil my scalp well-I use Blue Magic Coconut Oil.
Step II: I then go section by section and blow dry on the highest setting. When I've straightened it and my hair is completely dry...I braid each section to keep it out of the way.
Step III: First, I put the SEDU on the highest setting. I start at the bottom with a fine-toothed comb and at each section I put a TINY big of Let's Jam: Heat Styles: Straightening Cream (comes in a orange bottle). As I make each part, I put Coconut Oil on my scalp. Iget the Sedu as close to my scalp as possible and use it in a downwards motion.
Step IV. I style my hair like I want to, spray on some African Essence Oil Free SHINE silicone laminator and then use the sedu with this product.
If you have mixed hair similar to mine, these ideas should work for you! I HIGHLY recommend trying the SEDU it has made everything SO much easier. Now I don't have to sit around and wait in somebody else's chair for hours AND I don't have to scramble around at the last minute trying to find someone to do my hair for a big event. The whole process only takes me about an hour and a half (from wash to straightening). It will definitely be worth your money!
Awesome! I love my sedu flat iron!

Ok, so I used to have Hot Tools---twice..and they both broke. So this time I was thinkin I needed a durable dependable one, but I had tried the Chi flat iron and wasn't satisfied with the size, because I have a LOT of hair! I mean, like massive curls all over the place, and it's about two feet long...maybe more! So I searched around and read other reviews and settled on the Sedu..and I am SO happy with it! It heats up in like 30 seconds flat, and I literally only have to go over pieces once, instead of the usual like 6! It makes the process a bit shorter, even though it still takes about 1.5 hours! (I told you I had a lot of hair!) The cord is awesome too, because it rotates anyway you move, which is good because I move a lot! It's also very light and easy to hold. I use the highest setting of heat, and it works like gold! I love this thing!
Very pleased! Could ask for more from a hair straightener

I am extremely pleased with my new Sedu and my sedu hairstyle!! I had been using the clunky Hot Tools iron (not ceramic) for a few years, and it really damaged my hair, so I decided to start looking for a ceramic iron. After much research, I came across the Sedu flat iron, and I was intrigued by the number of outstanding ratings it has received. I also considered the Chi and the Solia flat iron, but decided to go for the Sedu, and I'm glad I did. This iron heats up fast and really does work. I can't say it has cut my styling time "in half" as so many others claim, but it definitely is faster than my old iron, and it leaves me with great results! I have long, think and wavey hair, and now I can straighten it in about 15 minutes. The Sedu makes my hair feel soft and silky, and sooo shiny.... and I love how cute and sleek it is. I've let a few friends try it out, and now they all plan on getting one for themselves! Highly recommended!
Really wonderful product

I'm not very knowledgeable about different straigheteners to be honest. However, I found the Sedu to be extremely user friendly, fast and effective. I have very very curly long hair. It basically falls into the category of Barbra Streisand style long spiral frizzy curls (think Yentil and your close). The Sedu straightened my hair in only 30 minutes and it looks great! It does dry my hair out quite a bit but as I said I'm not very experienced with which products to use to help prevent this or whether dryness just happens with every straightener. Anyway, I highly recommend this product to anyone with really tough curly hair that never thought they could straighten their hair themselves without spending the whole day on it!
